Rates / Policies

Rates	$35./hr -basic restoration: touch up of creases & tears, minor inpainting etc.
	$50./hr -major inpainting; replacing large or intricate areas of missing image or stains

The customer is also responsible for shipping costs. Please send your posters through a trackable service such as FedEx or UPS and inform me by phone or email when you are sending a package so that I will know to expect it.

Estimates

Estimates available upon request. Please contact me to set up an appointment to bring in your poster(s), or if you are long distance, you can email me hi-res photos and dimensions. It is preferable to see the poster in person.

Rush Jobs

If you have a rush job, please let me know and I will prioritize your job. Please note that there is a 10% surcharge for rush jobs and your last bill has to be paid in full prior to your rush request.

Customer Satisfaction

I will work hard to give you the highest level of poster restoration possible. Please take into account that some limitations exist. The condition of a poster when I get it has a bearing on what I am able to do with it. A poster in C condition, for instance, will never be pristine. Folds, cracks and uneven mounting or paper fill will have an effect on the paper surface.

Billing

When your job is completed, I will send your poster back with the bill enclosed. I kindly ask that you submit payment upon receipt of the bill. This will help ensure the building of a positive and trusting relationship. In the interest of simplicity and fairness, new jobs cannot be started until your previous bill has been fully paid.

I currently accept checks and cash.

Please note•

• I am unable to reline, bleach, linen back posters or do paper fill. I do not have the facilities needed to provide those services. Please use M&W, Poster Conservation or another backer of your choice.
• Mutual respect, communication, honesty and fairness are important to me in my dealings with clients.
• I reserve the right to refuse a job or terminate an account with a client for any reason including, but not limited to, non payment.
